Federal Clown Judges

Activist Federal Judges have been a burr under President Trump's saddle for the past few months. These black-robed clowns have thus far restricted the President's agenda for illegal immigration enforcement, Just recently another Obama sycophant lawyer-campaign bundler-turned-judge has stymied an attempt to freeze federal funds to jurisdictions that violate federal laws.

There is a way to wipe the smirk off these clowns. The American Thinker posts the solution:
Congress can, under their broad authority to govern the inferior courts, strip the federal courts of their jurisdiction over executive action when the president is exercising the statutorily granted power to suspend or modify entry to the United States. Simply put, Congress established the lower courts and can modify (even remove) the jurisdiction of those courts.
This can be done through the same administrative rules and procedures by which court districts are routinely drawn or modified. This means streamlined committee handling and rapid implementation. Indeed, there is precedent for this. The "Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996," signed into law by Monica Lewinsky's old boyfriend, stripped jurisdiction to challenge certain actions of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) (the forerunner of today's ICE) from federal courts.
It already has been done. Now if Congress would only get up off its ass...

Silence Is Golden. Duct Tape Is Silver.

Do Democrats think the House and Senate Intelligence Committees can turn Trump’s election into an O.J. Simpson trial rerun?

Juan Williams, an inept and easily flummoxed pundit for Fox News penned a piece today for The Hill entitled “Trump’s Risk of Impeachment Rises”.  In the screed Williams exclaimed, “Liberal Democrats could yet see their dreams come true.”

“It is no fantasy to say the drip-drip-drip of the Trump-Russia investigations is draining this presidency of political capital. The president’s historically high disapproval rating— 51 percent in the latest McClatchy poll—tells the same story.”

Williams purports to know unequivocally “astute Republicans are starting to look out for themselves. The first Republican to begin to run for cover was Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who decided to recuse himself from any role in the investigation. Last week Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser, sought immunity in exchange for his testimony to congressional investigators.”

Williams and his league of whiny comrades continue to cling to the notion the “Trump White House continues to pursue a failing strategy of distraction” with “an unsupported claim that President Obama was wiretapping him.  That is now a claim that all but his most stalwart allies have abandoned.”

What Williams failed to take into account was the growing body of evidence revealing that Susan Rice and others as yet unnamed within the Obama Administration did, in fact, spy on individuals connected to the Donald Trump transition and campaign according to US officials familiar with the matter.  Reports said Rice’s requests contained valuable political information such as who the Trump team was meeting, the views of Trump associates on foreign policy matters and plans for the incoming administration.

"That Obama National Security Adviser Susan Rice is alleged to have been responsible for this unmasking is troubling given her history of deceit and her close relationship with then-President Obama," Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) said. "We need to know whether the material gleaned from the Rice unmasking is the material fed to the media in an attempt to do political damage to the Trump administration and, if so, who was responsible for leaking it."

DeSantis is Chairman of the Subcommittee on National Security.

Williams has joined Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) in fantasizing about a Trump resignation or impeachment before 2020.  Kicking over sand castles and handling the Left’s dirty dealing is Trump’s strong suit.

Tiny Little Hobbit Wags His Finger At President Trump

For the record we now know critical thinking skills and common sense are not a prerequisite for being a professor at the University of California-Berkeley.

Earlier this month, firebrand Milo Yianoppoulos was scheduled to speak at the school about how The Left has been shutting down free speech. Police had to cancel the talk when about 150 masked agitators threw Molotov cocktails, smashed windows, threw rocks and fireworks at the police.

Robert Reich appeared with Don Lemon on CNN floating a conspiracy theory
“I want to be very, very clear. I was there for part of last night and I know what I saw. Those people were not Berkeley students. Those people were outsiders, agitators. I’ve never seen them before. There’s rumors that they actually were right-wingers. They were a part of a group that were organized and ready to create the kind of tumult and danger you saw that forced the police to cancel the event. So Donald Trump, when he says Berkeley doesn’t respect free speech rights, that’s a complete distortion of the truth. I mean, Berkeley opened its biggest auditorium to this right-wing Breitbart News character, this hateful odious person. They said, ‘Free speech is the most important thing we stand for,’ and it was these outsiders who caused the police to finally come in and have to cancel it.”
When President Trump made a campaign-style stop in Melbourne, FL last Saturday he said:
“You look at what’s happened last night in Sweden. Sweden. Who would believe this? Sweden. They took in large numbers. They’re having problems like they never thought possible.”
His language was imprecise and sloppy, but he never claimed there had been a terrorist attack in Sweden.  Violence, however, did erupt in Rinkeby, a suburb of Stockholm, two days later as cars were burned, businesses vandalized and police were attacked with rocks and a reporter was beaten. Rinkeby is predominantly made up of immigrants.

Reich proceeded to go for a second helping of stupid by tweeting and then deleting this:

Trump's lies have consequences. 48 hrs after his comments on Sweden, riots broke out in an immigrant community. https://t.co/1k2BOl2jdw— Robert Reich (@RBReich) February 21, 2017

He apparently was commenting on The Washington Post’s report of the violence believing the President’s comment was so incendiary it drove those poor Swedes to unbridled violence.

Reich, in rushing to judgment, must have missed the integral paragraph in the report:
“The neighborhood, Rinkeby, was the scene of riots in 2010 and 2013, too. And in most ways, what happened Monday night was reminiscent of those earlier bouts of anger. Swedish police apparently made an arrest on drug charges at about 8 p.m. near the Rinkeby station. For reasons not yet disclosed by the police, word of the arrest prompted youths to gather.”
Herr Reich is so short the only thing he’s good for is tying my shoelaces.  His lunacy and those of his comrades are exactly what got Trump elected.  Keep it up fella.
