Are Cowards Doing America’s Thinking?

On Wednesday evening in New York City’s Fort Greene Park, anarchists gathered to burn the American flag near the Prison Ship Martyrs Monument.  The monument is a memorial to the more than 11,500 American prisoners who died in captivity aboard British prison ships of disease and malnutrition during the Revolutionary War.

The group, Disarm NYPD, was expecting 300 protesters to participate in their rally.  When criticism began to mount against them they issued the following statement:

“…many people are rather offended by our decision to burn the American flag. We find it a sign of the times that people can care so much about a piece of cloth, while at the same time be so quiet about black churches being burned all over the country. Perhaps this is the great difference between us and the so-called ‘patriots’. While they express their loyalty to symbols, we express our loyalty to the lives of the oppressed.

We do not believe the ideals of America are anything to be revered. We are building something that will be much better than America…We dream of what real freedom looks like:  freedom from paramilitaries occupying our communities, beating and killing our sons and daughters; freedom from our communities being destroyed by the speculative capital of gentrification; freedom from mass surveillance; and freedom from systemic racism.

So, we will burn the American flag, a symbol of oppression and genocide, and in the same action, dismantle our stunted, cynical expectations of what is possible in the world…We, the dreamers, are the true realists. We know things can’t continue this way, so we commit to building a better world. A world better than America.”

When the dozen or so activists began burning the flag, a group of counter-protesters approached them and they scattered like scalded dogs.  One man, John Carroll, a resident of Ridgewood, Queens rescued the flag and challenged the little pricks calling them cowards.  Watching the video warmed my heart.

Betrayals come easily.

On Wednesday, June 24, 2015 “Calypso Louie” Farrakhan told congregants at the Metropolitan AME Church in Washington, DC, “I don’t know what the hell the fight is about over the Confederate flag!  We need to put the American flag down because we’ve caught as much hell under that as the Confederate flag!  Who are we fighting today? It’s the people that carry the American flag.  What flag do the police have?  What flag flies over the non-Justice Department?  What flag flies over the White House?”

This quote from Daniel Greenfield seems particularly germane:

“The left will destroy the things you care about, because you care about them. It will destroy them because that gives them power over you. It will destroy them because these things stand in the way of its power. It will destroy them because a good deal of its militant activists need things to destroy and if they can't attack you, they'll turn on the left in a frenzy of ideologically incestuous purges.”

These are the people who find the Confederate Battle Flag offensive.

Handmaidens Of Propaganda

On Sunday, November 30th, the ghastly murder of a white man in the Bevo Mill neighborhood of St. Louis went unreported by the mainstream media for seven hours after news broke of the story by a local Fox affiliate.

The incident involving a 32-year-old Bosnian immigrant named Zemir Begic and four men who bludgeoned him to death with hammers has been portrayed by police as a “wrong place, wrong time” slaying.

According to StLToday, many at the scene of the murder speculated that the four men who beat Begic to death targeted him because of his Bosnian descent.

Police detectives do not believe Begic’s Bosnian heritage or the color of his skin served as a motive in any way.

According to a videotape by an eyewitness, this atrocity occurred moments after “black people” ran up and down the street yelling “Eff the white people, kill the white people.”

Police arrested two suspects, ages 15 and 16 the day of the homicide.  Another man, Robert Joseph Mitchell, turned himself in to police.  Detectives believe they know who the fourth suspect is, but have not yet made an arrest.

According to the probable cause statement, Begic was with his fiancée and two others when he was attacked.  Mitchell taunted Begic, challenged him to a fight, and then the four teens began to beat him.

The handmaidens of propaganda are busy spinning like a top to paint this incident as anything other than what it is:  vengeance—a sudden, gagging, writhing, agonizing death.

The media is culpable for inducing rioters and those doing the attacking to go feral—unable to ignore their instincts, control their behavior or comply with the law.

Of course, their job is made all the easier when Louis Farrakhan beseeches, “We’ll tear this goddamn country apart”, or supporters call for the genocide of white people and demand that Officer Darren Wilson be murdered or when Ferguson protesters state their real goal is a communist revolution.

I weep for America.  Will my prayers for her be heard?  

The Tethered Goat

We learned last week of America’s first beheading by an animal who had served time in prison and recently converted to Islam while incarcerated.  Alton Alexander Nolen’s Facebook page is permeated with the filthy heresy of Islam.

Published in May 2007, Melanie Phillips’ book Londonistan powerfully elucidated that Great Britain was facing a civilizational test and was in danger of being strangulated by political correctness.

In her foreword, Phillips asserts that “Britain is sleepwalking into Islamization.  Under the noses of British intelligence, a network of terrorists and their sympathizers had used Britain to plot, finance, recruit and train for atrocities in the United States and around the world. The scale of this activity was so large that exasperated European security agencies dubbed Britain's capital city Londonistan.”

What, you may ask, does Londonistan have to do with a beheading in Moore, Oklahoma?

Nolen’s mother Joyce said, "My son was raised up in a loving home.  My son was raised up believing in God. My son was a good kid. I know what they're saying he done, but I'm going to tell you this: That's not my son."

Her son supported Nation of Islam leader and prophet of rage Louis Farrakhan who declared that “America must be burned.”  Fanatics like Farrakhan remain free to peddle their poison to lost souls who seek a sense of belonging and a cause which gives their otherwise aimless and petty lives some twisted, demented meaning.

We are discouraged by our betters on the Left from using any part of our lexicon, which they sanctimoniously deem inflammatory, to describe a world that is being polluted by the filthy heresy of Islam.  There is nothing good or noble about being a victim and yet, we are like the tethered goat that can go so far and no farther.

According to The Los Angeles Times, Eric Holder’s Justice Department is expected to issue a broad new policy in the coming weeks banning religious and other forms of profiling by federal law enforcement officers and the prevention of surveillance of a mosque without signs of criminal activity.

When Holder announced his resignation last Thursday rumors were reignited that Governor Deval Patrick of Massachusetts could be next in line for the country’s top law enforcement job.  The Boston Globe reported that Patrick has “no plans and no interest in making plans to be the next Attorney General.”

He no doubt knows that confirmation by the Senate would stop at the water’s edge because he embraced the Muslim American Society and Imam Abdullah Faaruuq which federal prosecutors have called “the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood.”  Faaruuq commands his followers to “pick up the gun and the sword.”

The Muslim American Society is connected to Imam William Suhaib Webb the former leader of the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma who has ties to al-Qaeda.  The ISGC is the mosque the beheader allegedly attended. 

In 2013 there was a record high 41.3 million immigrants in the U.S., and nearly 300,000 of them came from Muslim countries, and quite possibly could pose a major security threat to America according to the Center for Immigration Studies which based its study on an analysis of Census data from 2010 to 2013.  USA Today reported in 2012 that the number of Islamic places of worship in the United States soared 74% in the past decade.  Islam will overwhelm Christendom without swords, without guns, without conquest.

We must allow the scales to fall from our eyes and demand that local, state and federal authorities do not shrivel and retreat in the face of the “reprimitivization” of the civilized world.

We must refuse to become the tethered goat helplessly awaiting our own slaughter.
