When Pictures Of Norwegian Operatives Surface

Who believed for a skinny minute when skeevie worm George Stephanopolous interviewed President Trump the other day the President didn’t know exactly what dirty tricks the Clinton minion was pulling?

You’ll remember little Georgie asked if the President’s campaign were contacted by a foreign entity with dirt on his opponent would he notify the FBI.  The President answered, “I think maybe you do both. I think you might want to listen. There isn’t anything wrong with listening,” the President answered. “If somebody called from a country—Norway—and said, ‘We have information on your opponent’—oh, I think I’d want to hear it.”

The President went on to say everyone does it.  This revelation set Beltway tongues wagging and Twitter filled up with renewed calls from 2020 Democrat challengers to impeach.

In February 2018, the Daily Mail published a report detailing a prank call made to Adam “Pencil Neck” Schiff by two Russian comedians.  In the audio recording, the comedians offered “compromising dirt” on President Trump including nude photos.

Schiff claimed he knew all along the call was bogus and yet his staff engaged in correspondence with what they thought was a Ukrainian politician to obtain the “classified” material promised in the call.

The Washington Examiner’s Byron York was among many who pointed out that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was involved in funding opposition research conducted by British spy Christopher Steele that relied on foreign sources.
The Senate tried passing a bill via unanimous consent on Thursday, which would force any campaign that was contacted by a foreign entity to report it to the FBI, but Tennessee Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) blocked it.

Beltway Ninnies And New York Times Propaganda Ministry Plead “Don’t Upset The Dragon!”

The bed-wetting on the Left over a congratulatory phone call made to President-elect Trump by Tsai Ing-wen, Taiwan’s first female president, caused heads to explode last Friday.  But why?  Because no US Commander-in-Chief has spoken directly to a Taiwanese leader since America established diplomatic ties with Beijing in 1979 via President Jimmy Carter’s “one China” policy.

The President-elect did not inform the White House or the corrupted-by-Hillary State Department beforehand.  He did not consult with what is effectively America’s liaison office in Taipei, the American Institute in Taiwan.  Each would have tried to stop him.

Chris Murphy, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, in a tweet acknowledged that “consistency is a means, not an end” but suggested Trump’s moves, including the call with Tsai, “are major pivots in foreign policy w/out any plan.” “That’s how wars start,”the Connecticut Democrat wrote.

Evan Medeiros, former Asia director on the National Security Council, told the Financial Times Chinese leaders “will see this as a highly provocative action, of historic proportions” and that he is worried “Trump is setting a foundation of enduring mistrust and strategic competition.”
The people of Taiwan (formerly known as Formosa) consider themselves Taiwanese not Chinese and Beijing is worried the island situated off China’s southeastern coast will formally break away and declare itself the Republic of Taiwan.  China has long sought to absorb the island nation into the Communist Party’s “Motherland”.

Gordon Chang, a noted expert on China, Asia and nuclear proliferation as well as a former trustee of Cornell University notes, “Trump, by seemingly not caring about Beijing’s reaction, has cut China down to size, telling its autocrats he does not fear them.”

“Just about everyone assumed the Chinese would create a crisis for Trump in his first months in office, just as they created crises for both George W. Bush—in April 2001 with the detention of the crew of the U.S. Navy EP-3—and his successor—the harassment of the Navy’s unarmed reconnaissance vessels, the Impeccable and Victorious, in March and May 2009.”

“Instead, Trump took the initiative and created a crisis for China’s leaders, and he did that more than a month before taking the oath of office. Therefore, Beijing is bound to find the next months unfamiliar and unsettling.”

“There is, if you need a metaphor, a rather large bull in the china shop. And, yes, that could be a good thing.”

China is a bully.  The Communist regime is a master at strategic and methodical planning fully seizing on Obama’s impotence as a leader.  It has engaged in a series of confrontations in the East and South China Sea.  They have witnessed the decline of the United States under the sorry leadership of The World’s Most Dangerous Community Organizer.  The leaders of that country chortle at his ineptitude in much the same way you will see in the video below.  The point of the video, released 6 years ago, is Americans erred by turning away from their values. We should shudder at the idea of a Chinese-dominated future.

Our betters on the Left show little, if any, regard for the Taiwanese people.  They are quite happy to turn a blind eye to the expansion of Communism in the Pacific Rim.  Leave well enough alone they say.  Don’t upset the Dragon they say.  Watch the failed attempt by ABC’s little Georgie Stephanopoulos to create a controversy where none exists.

Republican Debaters Unite Against CNBC Moderators

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus appeared on CBS’s Face the Nation in January of this year to announce plans by his party to reduce the number of sanctioned debates (there were 27 in 2012) and promised to bring the process under tighter control for the 2016 election cycle.

The new rules were intended to give the RNC a greater degree of control over the moderators and sponsors of the debates and offer a larger conservative media presence. The need to revamp the process was borne out of the storm of protests that followed the debate in which CNN’s Candy Crowley lied to save The World’s Most Dangerous Community Organizer in the second of three 2012 presidential debates when Republican challenger Mitt Romney questioned whether or not Obama had called the Benghazi attack in which four Americans were murdered an act of terror.
ROMNEY:  You said in the Rose Garden the day after the attack it was an act of terror. It was not a spontaneous demonstration.
OBAMA:  Please proceed.
ROMNEY:  Is that what you're saying?
OBAMA:  Please proceed, Governor.
ROMNEY:  I want to make sure we get that for the record, because it took the president 14 days before he called the attack in Benghazi an act of terror.
OBAMA: Get the transcript.
CROWLEY:  It—he did in fact, sir.
OBAMA:  Can you say that a little louder, Candy?
CROWLEY:  He did call it an act of terror. It did as well take two weeks or so for the whole idea of there being a riot out there about this tape to come out. You are correct about that.
The 2012 presidential debates also saw George Stephanopoulos launch what became known as the “war on women” by pressing Romney on a law that was passed in 1965, Griswold v Connecticut, asking if it should be overturned.  Pro-abortion groups seized on this claiming that Republicans wanted to ban contraceptives.
STEPHANOPOULOS:  Senator Santorum has been very clear in his belief that the Supreme Court was wrong when it decided that a right to privacy was embedded in the Constitution. And, following from that, he believes that states have the right to ban contraception. Now, I should add that he's said that he's not recommending that states do that.  But I do want to get that core question. Governor Romney, do you believe that states have the right to ban contraception? Or is that trumped by a constitutional right to privacy?
While everyone in the dextrosphere got their hackles up over the brutish line of questioning by CNBC’s moderators in Tuesday’s Republican Presidential Debate, I see things a bit differently.  What’s as plain as the nose on your face is the blatant revulsion liberals have for the candidates running for president who don’t have a D beside their name.  Conservatives know that the long knives are out for them.  We’ve come to expect it.

The tenor of the debate went along exactly as I anticipated it would UNTIL Marco Rubio flawlessly disarmed his inquisitors declaring, “I know the Democrats have the ultimate Super PAC, it’s called the mainstream media. Last week, Hillary Clinton admitted she sent emails to her family saying ‘Hey, this attack in Benghazi was caused by al Qaeda-like elements.’ She spent over a week telling the families of those victims and the American people that it was because of a video. And yet, the mainstream media is saying it was the greatest week in Hillary Clinton’s campaign. It was the week she got exposed as a liar. […] But she has her super PAC helping her out: the American mainstream media.”

Ted Cruz seized the opportunity to blister Carl Quintanilla proclaiming, "The questions asked in this debate illustrate why the American people don't trust the media. This is not a cage match. And you look at the questions—Donald Trump, are you a comic book villain? Ben Carson, can you do math? John Kasich, will you insult two people over here? Marco Rubio, why don't you resign? Jeb Bush, why have your numbers fallen?  How about talking about the substantive issues?”

“The contrast with the Democratic debate, where every thought and question from the media was, which of you is more handsome and why?  Let me be clear. The men and women on this stage have more ideas, more experience, more common sense, than every participant in the Democratic debate. That debate reflected a debate between the Bolsheviks and the Mensheviks."

Cruz’ analogy was completely lost on NBC’s Chuck Todd:
It was uplifting to see the GOP candidates declare an end to the injustice of the liberal lapdogs’ gratuitous bias and finally fight back.  If they continue that strategy they will force the bullies of the Left into becoming an endangered species.
