The World’s Most
Dangerous Community Organizer said America wasn’t over slavery, Jim Crow and
Colonialism in an interview with Trevor Noah on Comedy Central Monday in New York.
Appearing on The Daily Show, he was asked about how
he speaks to crowds about race.
"You know, my
general theory is that, if I was clear in my own mind about who I was,
comfortable in my own skin, and had clarity about the way in which race
continues to be this powerful factor in so many elements of our lives. But that it is not the only factor in so many
aspects of our lives, that we have, by no means overcome the legacies of
slavery and Jim Crow and colonialism and racism, but that the progress we've
made has been real and extraordinary, if I'm communicating my genuine belief
that those who are not subject to racism can sometimes have blind spots or lack
of appreciation of what it feels to be on the receiving end of that, but that doesn't
mean that they're not open to learning and caring about equality and justice
and that I can win them over because there is goodness in the majority of
people."
Duane Townsend of The Hill insists “flyover country” elected Donald
Trump because he “pandered to their bigotry and anger at Washington, DC.”
Townsend’s diatribe
purports the silent majority has been “exceedingly adept at dominating the
narrative in virtually every election cycle.
They’re proficient at dog whistle propaganda” and disseminating tragic
half-truths and fake news. This
unabashed fabulist went a step too far describing Middle America Christian
values as “cultural fascism.”
A call to arms has
been sounded. If you are convinced Obama
will go quietly on January 20th, please know he and his legion of minions have
other plans for America.
Obama is equipped to
build bases of power outside traditional institutions. And that is exactly what
he is doing.
Organizing for Action
(OFA) is Obama’s equivalent of the Clinton Foundation. The Clintons built Clintonworld
around staffers and harvesting money. Obama Inc. is being built around organizing and activism. Like Clintonworld,
it will be a network encompassing a variety of political and non-profit
institutions. Unlike them, it will be much less focused on directing money to
its bosses in preparation for an election. Instead it will function like a
traditional leftist movement, merging influence operations with crowd-sourced
mobilization.
Daniel Greenfield warns, “OFA will be far
more dangerous in the wild than the Clinton Foundation ever was. The Clintons
hoped to ride back to power on a giant wave of money. Obama is taking a much
more radical course.”
While The World’s
Most Dangerous Community Organizer wraps up business at the White House switching
between praising Trump and offering him patronizing advice, the left’s messiah
is preparing to deploy a network that will dominate the Democrats and set the
agenda on the left. The aftershocks of
Trump’s victory in November sent the party reeling back into his arms. Democrats face their worst crisis since the
1920s. Who will be his heir? Biden appears to have decided he will not
seek the presidency and two-time loser Hillary is done. Stick a fork in her. The bench is thin. Sen. Cory Booker (NJ), Sen. Kirsten
Gillibrand (NY), Kamala Harris (CA), Gov. John Hickenlooper (CO), Sen Amy
Klobuchar (MN) or soon-to-be First Lady Michelle Obama.
Greenfield warns, “Obama
believes that he can rule America from outside the White House. And he might be
right.”
So, Mr. Townsend,
that dog whistle you fear is real—but
not for the reason you stated. Andrew
Breitbart, before he died in 2012 said, “I bought a dog
whistle. I bought a dog whistle factory
and I’m giving you dog whistles. And
we’re going to listen to every word that comes out of your mouth, and we’re
going to hold you to the same standard that you hold us which is an impossible
one and you’re going to have a hell of a time in 2012 because America’s finally
woken to your Saul Alinksy bullshit tactics and we’re coming to get you.”
