Washington Post Too Busy Polishing The Brass On The Titanic To Notice It's Sinking

Tom Hanks AKA Forrest Gump will narrate a 60-second commercial before the two-minute warning during the fourth quarter of Super Bowl LIII embracing social justice drivel about journalism’s larger importance to society.
“The Super Bowl is a remarkable moment to recognize the courage and commitment of journalists around the world that is so essential to our democracy,” said WaPo publisher and CEO Fred Ryan. “We decided to seize the opportunity to make this a milestone moment in our ongoing campaign.”
“This was a chance for a broader message about the role journalists play in our everyday lives and the risks they take to bring us the facts,” Ryan said.
The spot will end with the paper’s recent slogan, “Democracy Dies in Darkness.”
When news outlets recite an agenda instead of reporting events, when they devolve into the Democrat Party’s lapdog, they’re the ones who killed it.  Don’t expect us to mourn them.
