How do I say this
without sounding “judgy”? Ohio Governor John
Kasich is so off-putting to me. In
previous GOP debates he has been combative and rude. I get the fact that he is fighting to get
attention, but his aggression on the debate stage just galls me. His strategy in the four previous GOP debates
has been to scold the other candidates.
He is consistently one of the lowest-polling candidates in the
Republican presidential race both nationally and in early voting states.
In an otherwise
unmemorable performance, his deliberate strategy to tone down his
argumentativeness called attention to something else that’s annoying. Apparently, others noticed it too.
Kasich is back with his flipper/knife hands. Can he not physically spread his fingers?

I love how John Kasich pretends that he's wearing mittens when he debates. His commitment is real. #GOPDebate pic.twitter.com/QagpskUibU

I'm John Kasich and I came here to do 2 things: Talk and make hand gestures. And I am almost out of hand gestures.

Kasich's arm waving is like the airport guy who guides your plane to gate 21A

Kasich: "As president of the United States I will not hesitate to impose order on my hands. Right now there's no controlling them."
