It's A Trap!

A "Reduction In Force" (RIF) can be used to reduce the federal bureaucracy. This way POTUS can start weeding out some of the dead weight and DS trash that infects the government. The shills are going crazy now that the 22 business day restriction nears.

"When agencies furlough employees for more than 30 calendar days or 22 discontinuous work days, they must use RIF procedures. An employee can be terminated or moved into an available position….

[…]If this was the plan all along, it would explain why President Trump goaded Chuck and Nancy in his televised meeting with them last year, boasting that he would claim credit for the shutdown. How could they resist a prolonged shutdown when he made it so easy to blame him?" 

You Can't Make This Up

Back in 2016 when Trump first said that his campaign was being wiretapped by the government the media ridiculed him. 

Now that EVERYONE knows this actually happened, they attack him for exposing the tactics, documents and public officials who did it. You can’t make this up.

The Washington Post remains true to form, breathlessly warning us about false claims that the President is about to make exposing high levels of government treason.

President Trump repeated a specious claim Tuesday that the FBI spied on his campaign, and suggested that his decision to declassify documents from the probe of Russian interference in the 2016 election would reveal misconduct by federal law enforcement.

Right from the get go Trump's claim is labeled as "specious."

Specious, an adjective: Having the ring of truth or plausibility but actually fallacious: a specious argument. Deceptively attractive.

A Timeline For Clinton Crime

What we are witnessing today is a desperate attempt to defuse the President’s efforts to remove corrupt persons from the government. There has been almost twenty years of criminal acts that were ignored and are now being uncovered. The following is a timeline for some of this corruption and the network of criminal associates who assisted the Clintons and Obamas, but we'll focus on the Clintons.

2001

From 2001 to 2005 there was an ongoing grand jury investigation into the Clinton Foundation . Millions had been donated to the CF by foreign governments. Yet, from 2001 to 2003 none of those “donations” to the Clinton Foundation were declared.

2005

·                  James Comey takes over the CF grand jury investigation.

·                  Lois Lerner becomes Director of the IRS, Exempt Organizations Unit.

·                  Rod Rosenstein runs the Tax Division inside the DoJ from 2001 to 2005.

·                  Robert Mueller is the Director of the FBI (2001-2013).

Every one of these people were directly and intimately involved in the grand jury investigation of the Clinton Foundation. Needless to say the grand jury investigation goes no where.

2009

James Comey leaves the DoJ for high paying job (Senior VP and Lead Counsel) at Lockheed Martin. During his stay at Lockheed Martin, the corporation receives $ billions in FBI government contracts. One such contract alone was for $1 billion – IBM contested this contract. In the four years Comey was at Lockheed Martin he became a millionaire, he was given $6 million as separation from service when he left the company and became FBI Director.

Hillary Clinton is SecState and starts her own personal email server for government business. She never has an official, protected government email account.

The Russian Rosatom subsidiary ARMZ acquires 17% of Uranium One. A year later Bill Clinton meets with Vladamir Putin and receives $500,000 for a speech given at Renaissance Capital (Russian finance corporation. An FBI informant, David Campbell, was involved in the negotiations and was issued a gag order by the DoJ – Rod Rosenstein. The FBI Director, Robert Mueller, even delivered a uranium sample to the Russians.

Within a relatively short period $145,000,000 was “donated” to the Clinton Foundation by corporations connected to the Uranium One deal. Lois Lerner was still Director of the Exempt Organizations Unit.

2015

Benghazi – Trey Gowdy learns about Hillary’s private email server and the thousands of emails, many classified Top Secret, she never turned over when she left the SecState Office. James Comey is now Director of the FBI. First he exonerates Lois Lehner for her actions targeting conservative organizations applying for tax exempt status. As the State Department under Kerry drags its feet, Comey then prepares another exoneration for Hillary and her illegal email server.

2016

In April 2016, Comey drafts a letter for Hillary exonerating her of any criminal actions in her violations of a mountain of federal laws governing the reception, storage and distribution of classified documents. This is done before the principal players are interviewed and many are granted immunity. Not a single Grand Jury is impaneled. In July of 2016 Comey gives a presser that astounds the law enforcement community. After describing a litany of felonies committed by Hillary, Comey absolves her.

This all changed on November 8, 2016. The Clinton Crime Syndicate is done. The players described above have been identified and compromised by their own communications. Uranium 1, unlawful email servers used to enrich the Foundation, Benghazi – it will all come back to haunt them.

What we are seeing from the Mueller/Rosenstein carnival is the death throes of the Deep State. After covering a decade of corruption and enjoying protection by the MSM, they are finally realizing that Judgment is upon them.

2018

And now we wait. There are nearly 50,000 sealed federal court documents (not all are indictments) awaiting action.  That’s 50X the normal level of sealed D0J activity. Not all of it will correspond to Hillary and the Clinton Foundation and her criminal co-conspirators, but apparently there is another Hillary Clinton investigation that was opened by the FBI. Planeloads of documents have allegedly been transported out of Arkansas.

And we haven't even touched upon the FBI and DoJ involvement in supplying false information to the FISA Court in order to spy on the Trump campaign.

Maybe later we’ll discuss the thousands of pedophiles who no longer get a wink and a nod from the feds and have been arrested under Trump’s DoJ. I hope many of those sealed documents held by the DoJ relate to child sex networks. 

Release The Memo

The clock is still ticking for the HPSCI  memo release to the American public. The top level management of the FBI and the dems are figuratively (literally?) losing their minds over this. I love it.

FBI Director Christopher Wray publicly clashed with President Donald Trump on Wednesday over a controversial Republican intelligence memo, furthering the rift between the President and the agency investigating ties between his campaign and Russia.  

 Wray sent a striking signal to the White House, issuing a rare public warning that the memo about the FBI's surveillance practices omits key information that could impact its veracity. The move set up an ugly confrontation between Wray and Trump, who wants the document released.

"With regard to the House Intelligence Committee's memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it," the FBI said in a statement. "As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo's accuracy." 

To put this in perspective, newly appointed FBI Director Wray is fighting to have the memo scotched as he maintains it has some inaccuracies. He says this despite after reading the memo last Sunday that he supposedly was "shocked to his core." I guess his core prefers to be shaken, not stirred.

The HPSCI memo is a four page document; it is not a detailed report, not an analysis. Memo is short for memorandum which is:

An informal record, in the form of a brief written note or outline, of a particular legal transaction or document for the purpose of aiding the parties in remembering particular points or for future reference.

With all the hysterical blubbering from the liberals you'd think that it was a Declaration of War instead.

Well, perhaps it is... 

The Fog Of War

Have you gotten tired of all the back and forth blogging and tweeting that take us from "Trump is Toast" to "The Deep State is Going Down?"

Does anyone really know what is truly happening? I have a strong feeling that if they do, they're keeping mum about it, for good reason. The number of unsolved homicides and suspicious suicides surrounding national political intrigue is enough to give anyone pause.

I believe we are experiencing the Fog of War. Both sides are using smoke screens to obscure their maneuvering, to draw the public's attention away to something shiny while actual events are occurring. This is to be expected. And let's not doubt for a minute that there is a war in progress and it still could go either way. Mueller wants to hang Trump's pelt on his tent post and Trump wants to destroy the bureaucratic and financial/global interests that drive so much of this nation's foreign and domestic policies.

During much of my recuperation from surgery I have tried to follow the various threads/sources that allegedly reveal the various plots and subplots that are gripping the nation's political elites. I feel that I am little more informed than I was several months ago simply because ... who can you trust? Who is spinning and who is straight? Who sees through the chaff and who is co-opted?

To no one's surprise, the Kabuki theater antics of the media are of no help at all.

But in the flood of emails that have received so much attention there are several opinions I have formed/strengthened that I can espouse:

1. The upper level management of the FBI was/is severely politically compromised. No surprises here.
2. The upper level management of America's intelligence community was/is likewise compromised. The extent of this is somewhat surprising.
3. The upper level management of all three branches of our government is lying through their teeth in one way or another. No surprises here either.
4. Everyone at these stratospheric levels knows what the others at this level are doing and they are all scared spitless. Hence the lies, hence the Fog of War.

Eventually heads are going to roll. Bet your bottom dollar on this.

Whose heads? 

Good question.
It will probably take several months before we know. Grab some popcorn and adult beverages of your choice, it will take a while before all the maneuvering is done and the strongest (smartest? most clever? most ruthless? most prepared?) emerges as the winner. I sincerely hope Trump emerges victorious, but probably not unscathed.

What really ticks me off is that the Fog will probably not be completely swept away for years. The Fog surrounding the assassination of President Kennedy still lingers and I have a feeling that present day events will be no different.

But that's just my opinion. What do I know...

Is The Deep State Now The Real State?

Like so many other Americans I was excited to see Donald Trump win the 2016 Presidential Election. What stuck in my mind was his "You'd be in jail" remark to Hillary Clinton during one of the debates.

I have yet to see this attitude come to fruition in his administration. Indeed, Trump's Executive Orders have eliminated much of the Obama legacy of failure, but Judicial Watch still struggles to wrest emails from the State Department and IRS. Nothing seems to be moving in the DoJ except Russia, Russia, Russia. Of course open criminal investigations should remain secret until an arrest(s) is made but given the sieve-like environment that plagues the White House, you'd think you would hear something.

As Public Enemy #1, the corrupt mass media cannot be trusted to bring light to any of the Obama/Clinton/Soros crimes and until official government action is brought to bear on these activities, the perpetrators will remain free to wreck political havoc on the Trump administration.

The American Thinker has a piece that clearly articulates my concerns.

Has the Deep State really won? I hope my pessimism is unfounded and short-lived. And perhaps Bannon can be more effective from the outside, if rumors are true that he plans to build a media network (Breitbart or otherwise) to replace the increasingly liberal Fox News as the voice of Conservatism. After all, when God closes a door, he opens a window, right? Maybe a window will open from which we can toss the Deep State.

There are certain predators that will use parts of their bodies to lure their prey to them - then they strike. Is Trump doing the same thing? We'll see.
