The Russian Reset Reset Is Lit

President “Precious” declared 35 Russian intelligence operatives “persona non grata” yesterday as part of sanctions he ordered after accusing them of hacking the presidential election on orders from Vladimir Putin.  He also closed compounds in New York and Maryland while imposing economic sanctions on Putin’s FSB (Federal Security Service formerly known as the KGB) and GRU (Glavnoye Razvedyvatel'noye Upravleniye) spy agencies adding them to the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons.
Foreign minister Sergey Lavrov fired back at Ol’ Jug Ears’ decision to kick the diplomats out of the US by banishing 35 diplomats of their own.

According to The Daily Mail, Lavrov’s spokeswoman Maria Zakharova claimed the US and American people were “humiliated by their own President” in the Cold War-style measures against Moscow, intended as punishment for hacking the US election.

“The people who occupied the White House for eight years—this is not the Administration. They are the group of foreign policy losers, angry and shallow-brained. Today Obama has officially confessed to it,” said Zakharova.

Ms Zakharova claimed US citizens were let down by the White House, and added: “Not by international terrorists, not by troops of the enemy. This time Washington got a slap in the face from its own master and it increased the urgent agenda of the incoming Donald Trump team to its maximum level. Moscow hopes that Trump's arrival next month in the White House will gradually lead to a reset of relations between the two countries.”

“That's all, the curtain falls. The bad performance is over.”

“The whole world, from the stalls to the upper balcony, is watching the smashing blow on American prestige and its leadership made by Barack Obama and his illiterate foreign policy team that disclosed its top secret to the worldtheir exceptional nature was a mask for their helplessness. No single enemy could do more harm to the USA.”
UPDATE 9:04 AM:  The Associated Press is now reporting that Russia’s president Vladimir Putin will not be expelling US diplomats in response to a new round of US sanctions.
